Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo Cedric and Lorna Kyles Teen Center

Since the inception of Cedric the Entertainer’s Charity Celebrity Golf Classic in 2013, the Kyles Family began a relationship with the Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo to support the youth of their community in California. Cedric has always felt a close attachment to the Boys and Girls Club, as he attended the club where he grew up in St. Louis. A portion of the proceeds from the annual celebrity golf classic have gone to support the Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo’s programming each year, and in 2022, the Cedric and Lorna Kyles Teen Center was opened in their honor. Here, students are given access to new technology and tools, and a place to convene comfortably and safely. The Kyles also perform an annual holiday toy drive, where the entire Kyles Family joins the Boys and Girls Club to gift presents to the youth.

Cedric the Entertainer Foundation Scholarship Fund with UNCF

The Cedric "The Entertainer" Foundation Scholarship was created to financially support high school seniors attending a public or private school in the St. Louis, MO metro area. The partnership with UNCF began in 2001. Since that time, the Foundation has contributed over $150,000 in scholarships for UNCF students and to the UNCF Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund to assist Dillard and Xavier Universities in their rebuilding efforts.

Rosetta Boyce Kyles Health Pavilion at St. Mary's Hospital

Cedric and his sister Sharita Kyles were inspired by the care that their late mother, Rosetta Boyce Kyles, received while she was being treated during her fight with cancer at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in St Louis. In 2015, the family gave a $25,000 lead gift through the Kyles Family Foundation, which has since raised over half a million dollars in support of women's health issues. This significant contribution went towards the SSM Health’s Women’s Health Initiative, a program centered around boosting health and wellness resources for women in the Midwest region. The program's commitment to the community revolves around women and addressing their needs. The Rosetta Boyce Kyles Health Pavilion was unveiled in 2016, providing treatment to women just like Rosetta.

Red Rose Reads With Setta Wine

"Before taking a sip of wine my mother used to always say, 'We toast our glass, with a touch of class!' Setta wine is a tribute to her legacy; sophisticated, relatable, tasteful, inviting, and generous-–with a burst of joyful attitude at every encounter."

In honor of his mother's life and contributions as a reading specialist for 30 years with Red Rose Reads, 10% of all the proceeds from Cedric The Entertainer's Setta wine will go to literacy programs around the world.
